Privacy & beta information
This page explains the current tools and the choices you make when using them. The beta and its policies are still being developed.
Project inquiries
The message form saves your contact details and message in the GO3D database for private operator review. It does not send email or an automatic reply. Messages are not publicly posted, and no account or booking is required. Do not submit passwords, identity documents or confidential technical data. For review or removal, choose “General question / privacy request” in the form, or call (321) 356-9139. Include only enough information to identify your request.
Ideas and files on your device
Ask GO3D searches the app’s work options in your browser. Its question is not saved or sent. The Create brief stays in the open page until you download it or leave that view. The artwork studio, photo relief, and local model viewer process the files you choose in your browser. Their download buttons save a result to your device.
Business and crew records on your device
The free GO3D Rental & Business OS beta saves its projects, crew labels, customers, quotes and equipment records in this browser. It does not provide shared team accounts, payroll, email delivery, payment processing or live CRM synchronization. Demo roles are a learning tool and do not protect records from other people using this browser profile. Export a backup before clearing records or site storage. That export is a readable copy; this beta does not automatically restore or synchronize it. Camera lookup is optional and asks for browser permission. Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, identity scans or confidential employee information. Hosting still receives normal web requests. The populated dealership network contains invented assets, crew, RFID events and approximate city-area stops. Its QR labels open sample records; they do not prove physical handovers or continuous location tracking. The example, appearance settings, personal note and resized background photo use separate browser storage. The background picker does not upload the image. Role cards are private downloads, not public profiles or job applications. The optional street map requests OpenStreetMap tiles only after you choose it; that provider receives normal web request information. The simple map works without outside map services, and no device location is requested. The app guide explains current data controls and limits. Saved Business OS work profiles keep a short name, screen choices, optional crew filter, goal and skin in this browser. They are not secure accounts or separate business-record stores. All local profiles share the underlying workspace; dashboards count the selected records, which may contain starter examples. Message drafts stay in the open page until you copy them to your device clipboard or download them. This feature does not email messages or connect to Salesforce, Zoho or HubSpot accounts. Remove a profile from its setup controls to remove those screen choices; business records, appearance settings and the fictional network have separate controls. Downloaded copies and hosting request logs are separate from browser storage.
Preferences and drafts
The theme choice is stored in your browser. Community listings, messages, equipment applications, and rental forms can keep an unfinished draft in browser session storage so sign-in does not lose your work. These account-form drafts are different from the temporary Create brief.
Saved account work
Signing in uses your ChatGPT account. When you choose to submit, GO3D stores the relevant account identity, listing, message, equipment application, or rental request in its hosted database. Public listings show the fields you agree to publish. Conversations are available to their participants and GO3D operators. Rental and owner records use the app’s account and operator access checks.
A listing, conversation, or rental request is not a payment or a confirmed booking. Providers and collaborators agree their own scope, price, and terms. Do not post confidential files or personal details on the public board.
Hosting and other providers
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting and account-related services. Hosting and sign-in services may process technical request information. Manufacturer, email, map, music, and other external links or embeds use their providers’ services and policies. Opening a provider’s page can share normal connection information with that provider.
GOEV trip and music pages
GOEV can save trip choices, notes, music favorites and manually added planner entries in this browser. Its chosen diary photos and preferred greeting stay in the open page. Maps, music players and optional speech use their providers. The GOEV beta and privacy guide explains storage, clearing choices, exports and provider requests.
Review and removal questions
Check the audience before publishing or sending a message. The available listing controls do not promise that database records, logs, or backups are erased. Data retention and removal procedures, the full privacy notice, and customer terms still need review. Ask GO3D about your project’s data handling before sending sensitive information.
Use beta results with care
Check models, artwork, dimensions, materials, and production requirements before relying on a result. Sample models and photo reliefs are demonstrations. This beta does not certify engineering, manufacturing, surveying, legal, medical, or other professional results.
